Beauty and the Beast COVID 19

My Koyang Miller celebrated his 47th birthday last Thursday in a most quiet and intimate manner. Not his choice but it seems like nowadays, COVID 19 kinda beastly dictates the rules. The beauty of it is we did not let it dampen our spirit. We attended mass on television, At cooked pancit for long life and her delicious kare-kare. Candles on cupcakes (baked by a pastry chef ) for the birthday boy to make his wishes. It was just Koya and his fam Ate Reggie and son Justin plus me. All the rest of the family made their thoughtfulness and greetings felt thru FaceTime.

Happy birthday Koyang Miller-Boo-John- Kokok (to Papang and Leling)!!!! My guardian, brother, friend, ka-chika minute, kontrabida to my dream expenses of purses, shoes and travels but ends as my financier. :)Thank you for being our McGyver, tax refund estimator, chef and my go-to person when I am short- staffed at work. To the only person I know who has no social media account and who does not bother at all to peek at our feed, happy birthday!!!

Praying for your good health, safety and more great finds and deals online.

Love,
Your Prettiest Sister :)

Thankful. Blessed. Safe.

Palm Sunday 2020

The thing that hits me the hardest with all these SARS COV2 brouhaha is the unbelievable fact that churches are closed and we, the faithful attend Eucharistic celebrations online. Too surreal. I wish in my lifeline, this is the only time I will witness and experience this. It is becoming unbearable as days go by.:(

Jesus, I will walk with you in Your passion. I will join You in Your suffering as You save us all.

Faith. Hope. Prayer.
