Happy 12th Birthday, Kadie!!!

 I can't believe you are already 12, my darling. You are still childlike in many ways. Your innocence and sweetness linger constantly. I pray for you everyday, that you may always be under the wings of protection from above. That despite the harsh and hard realities in the world we live in, your core may be strengthened and developed by generosity, empathy and kindness.

 Please know that we are here to love and care for you always. We will always have your back in good and sad times.

The Lovely Dress

This dress drew praises from my friends and relatives. It is actually a simple one, inspired by Heart and Anne's posts on Instagram. I am just lucky to have a talented friend-designer who made this for me. I wore it on a very meaningful and special occasion- the Virgen delos Remedios Coronation held at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels in LA one Sunday of September.
